› What's included in the price?
Our £960 (inc VAT) service includes up to 5 virtual viewings once we've drawn up a shortlist. Once we've got to know you and fully understood your ideal property and location, we’ll get to work in hunting down your dream home. Sometimes that dream home isn't even on the market but our local links and expertise can help to unlock opportunities that might not otherwise exist.
› What if I don't like the property you find?
Once you’ve filled in our questionnaire as accurately as possible we will arrange a 15-20 minute telephone/video consultation to confirm some details. This level of ‘getting to know you’ will really help us to narrow the search and ensure we only show you the type of property that will work for you. Our objective is to help find your dream home and make your relocation smooth and successful.
› How long will it take you to find my dream home?
We’ll get to work as soon as you've filled in our questionnaire and paid our one-off fee. We will start by generating a shortlist of properties and locations that we feel will suit you best and get your feedback. Once we've narrowed down the search we will conduct the virtual viewings with you. Remember, we aren't here to find you the first property that comes along and we aren't driven by a sales commission.
